Envo also operates local service websites under other business names. When one of those sites says it is operated by Envo, LLC, this policy explains how we handle information, in addition to that site's own privacy policy.

What we collect

When you call, email, or message us, we collect the information you give us, such as your name, phone number, email address, business name, and the details of your request. Like most websites, we also collect basic technical information such as your browser type and the pages you visit.

Phone calls

Calls to numbers we operate may be recorded and logged for quality, training, and record-keeping purposes. By calling, you consent to this.

How we use it

  • To connect homeowners with a local contractor who can perform the requested service
  • To provide contractors with records of the calls their service area received
  • To operate and improve our websites

Who we share it with

When a homeowner requests service, we may share their name, address, phone number, and request details with the contractor who will perform the work, and with service providers that help us run our websites and phone systems. This never includes text messaging opt-in or consent (see below). We don't sell personal information.

Text messages (SMS)

If you contact us and agree to receive texts, Envo, LLC may send you text messages about your request, such as follow-ups and scheduling. We do not send marketing texts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with, sold to, or transferred to any third party. This excludes only the text messaging providers that deliver our messages.
